Listened to Pastor Phil's Sermon on opportunities yesterday. Thought about it and really i think that we shouldnt be complacent and take advantage of the opportunities we have. We shouldnt complain this & that, why not think about the others who do not have opportunities. I think its really important for us to cherish the opportunities. Because better things will soon to come!

Hello Guys!=DD

This few days has been Great! its totally the Sports week! BECAUSE Monday i ran & played soccer, today im going to play soccer again, thursday im going to Run & Play badminton, Friday going for Ncc Training. hah, oh well! Cnt get any fitter than this eh!

On a second Thought, its not really that good? 13 more days to 'O' Econs paper 2. & yet im only at the first few pages of my notes. how bad can it be? Really have to manage my time. Really have to study Hard. No compromising!

Yesterday i was listening to a sermon by Pastor Tan Ye Peng from CHC about Forgiveness & letting go. Why do we forgive? not because its conditional but because we see real value of forgiveness. We will nvr do something unless we value it right? So we will nvr forgive unless we see that value to forgive. & what struck me really alot is that "If We Judge what we value base on circumstance, we will often devalue what is important to give value to what is momentary.
Its not hurt that destroys something, it is the unwillingness to forgive that actually destroy it.

A good lesson learnt. Something valuable i have taken in.

Service today was BOOMSZ! Really Grateful to be able to serve on usher today on this very first service at the new place! Coming with a heart of thankfulness. Which will bring in many opportunities for us. With Thankfulness everything will do well! Thankfulness is just like the key to things! I really Love Church alot! Really Proud ot be one of the Church Builders! We are going to Grow!

Now that N levels are over, im kinda free. Well Because i have to study for my Econs O level. yea! Stomp Yesterday was STOMPING! Its really great & whao really inspired by them ! Thn i can play drums like woohoo!! haha

I was just thinking what are my goals in life? To be frank, i really dont knw my Goals in life.

But For now , my Goal is to do well in my studies, & to reach out to people. People who need help. I am going to Change their World! I will Bring them in to a whole new level! CHURCH, NCC, HPT. Really want to Bring HPT Back. Really want Create a whole new generation of GOOD CADETS in NCC. Really want to bring people to God's Love.

I will continue to chase my visions, to seek it, to change it, to meet it! Amazed by how when a person do something for another person can change their life. I want to do it too!! Because we build a ministry of LOVE!

Really hope that i will be able to get TOP N level student this year. All is done , totally no regrets!

Cnt wait for Service tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!! ITS AT THE NEW PLACE!! How amazing is that! i believe its going to be fantastic & fun! Gonna Enjoy myself there=DD

Yesterday, Pastor talked about really getting into the word. Reading the Bible and be familiar with the Word of God. What really impact me most is that nothing else other than God's word can actually move in us, fill our spiritual hunger & win over sin. Imagine the 2 dogs, 1 fed 1 left not fed. which will win the race? of course its the fed dog. Its the same on our inside once we are filled with the Words of God we will win the race!. Gonna study the word everyday gonna meditate on it.

Went to the Dead Sea Scroll exhibition after Service over at the Art house. I was really amazed by how the people love their Bible and honour their Bible even more than their own life. Pieces & pieces of the Bible are found and its really wonderful that the olden people love it so much that they just write it again & again. I really love my Bible. So after the exhibition we went to eat at the food court in funan IT mall. Played games & enjoyed ourself.

So today, woke up at 7+ with a burning down my throat. oh well. nth big=) doc says its just a little red.
Went home & watched CHC live through the net. Whao! its really mind changing. Do you knw, the story pinocchio the cartoon puppet is based on the book Jonah on the part where the whale swallowed Jonah. God wanted to Change Jonah and gave him 4 things to change him. after a hot east wind blowing on jonah, he finally open up to God & changed. Jonah had so much annoiting but complaining. But at time of crisis, we should learn give sacrifice of praises! & work on our talents. Because our talents can change people's life. Jonah's talent was that with 1 sentence he spoke, the whole of Nineveh repented. He is such an annoited man. But what i learn is that God is always wanting to change us. We can be serving him in ministry or as a full time staff. But we are never happy, always complaining. But at the moment of Crisis, Praises matters alot to God.

There's so much to say but i dont knw how to express it myself. But what i can say is i knw God is always there for us, loving us, changing us.

I really want to see C2 grow to 20. I really want to see my friends to know God & love him just as i am. I believe in no time we will grow to 20. not just 20 but a strong 20! & people will encounter God which change their lives.

N level left with 4 papers. Phy,Chem,Math & Geog. Just this final Lap! & i believe i can do it. i can get what i want. What is impossible when God is with us eh?

Disappointment??

Shall blog with my iPod. Many of times we are disappointed in things or people. But do we Often look at ourself first? Sometimes we have to do our work yes and when we dint do it well and get a good result, thn we are disapponted . We really must make do with what we have, and what we can. Trust in ourself work well with others examine ourself on how much we have done first.

Sometimes im disappointed but God is always there to comfort me and strengthen me! Really Thank God for everything he have done for me!

PRELIMS ARE OVER!!! WHEEEE!!!

This 8 month has been so great, so many wonderful things, so many great friends, so many great opportunities. Sometimes we got to learn to take the things around us with different perspective. Sometimes we got to learn to appreciate the ones around us, especially our family members, My mom's Birthday was just over 2 days ago, and you knw after 16 years of being her son, i realise that i have nvr done anything in return for her. But this year's birthday, i decided to give her something tht she wants and she told me that she was touched. Really Happy to see her smile and feel happy=)

My relationship with my brother and father also got closer as i decided to take a step out. My Dad and i seldom talk, but you knw its really fun talking to him! haha and my helping my brother , refraining myself from shouting at him but rather talk to him nicely, though sometimes we still quarrel, i can really feel that he actually wants to talk to me more. Im going to do my part to be a fillal child and a nice brother!=)

My friends are such amazing ones! sometimes its really weird not hanging out with them. They really bring much fun and laughter into my life. Sometimes i feel bad not going out with them. After N level! I promise we will play play & play! haha=p THank you friends=D

When Prelims are over, i also means that N level is nearer! Not going to let my guard down and be complacent, But rather , im going to study even harder for my N level and really not to even turn back and say: i regretted not doing well, not studying hard enough.

God changed me so much through my Pastor and my Leaders, He had touched my life and groom me, He is really an awesome God!

Haha, im finally blogging after few weeks. Life's been great, things are going fine i supposed?

3 months more to N level and im not feelin scared.. thats rather weird.... But well am going to study hard with no regrets!!!!!

Yesterday during quiet time, i lay hands on myself haha.. isnt cool! if Pastor can do it when she was 14-15 i can do it too.!! :D Quiet time yesterday was much of worshipping & praying.. & as i prayed i really felt God beside me and he told me so many great things. I saw an army behind me, an army for God. & he told me that look, you are going to lead those people. But now lead 5 first. isnt that cool!! God is so awesome. I can still remember during sec 1 when Pastor prophersy that im going to lead mission trip when im 17 years old..

Church is going to grow to 80 !! Team is going to grow to 10!! It will come true!
Faith is the confidence we need. With Faith, God will make it happen!
When you are down to nothing, God is up to something!! Yea!

Im really proud to have such a great Pastor & such great leaders! Really alot to learn from them.

Monday is econs prelim! paper 2... still left abit not finished yet, but im just going to trust God & myself that i will do well!!

Touch lifes, Change people

The Past week was great! really really great! i manage to finish my work. okay well i left (chi 1 essay, 1 SS paper, 1 Eng essay, 1 Geog paper) well, im rather reluctant to do my ss & geog. haha

Service was great too!!! Pastor preached about building fund! yeah we are going to move to a new place soon!

I got an IPod Touch too! isnt that great?? well. im really very happy and grateful to have great parents, great leaders, great teachers, great friends!

So as i said about building fund. hmm i was quite vexed and worried that i do not have the money and do not knw how much to pledge. I prayed & prayed asking God to really help me. well guess what! he really did!

I was reading my Bible just now and as i reached Luke 12:22 . God told me not to worry. Not to worry about anything. seriously after i read that i totally feel relieved and really relax.
Isnt that awesome?

Well, i just woke up and im feeling abit cranky now! need to get tune myself back to study mode and continue with my studies..

Did nth much for the past 2 days. Fri was just studying.. & went to collect brother's phone back from servicing & alwyn , clara , changhui tempt me to go watch a movie. however it failed because of unsuitable timing..

Went school on sat studied before going off to sch. Reach sch to do something and watch movie with gim, wendymah & EPOS after that UNBORN..
my first time watching horror movie in the theaters HAHA.. Got scared a few times totally! Its really right when people say why pay so much to just scare yourself. hmms... Went home & study again.....

Went to AMK Library this morning with Gerald study SS till 2.30 & went to eat. Come home & watch tv.. YES I fall asleep & as i was saying im feeling abit cranky now!

Back from Mt ophir! & im sick, freaking useless bum...

Day1- 15march2009

Went to school from alwyn's house together with clara. cause we stayed @ his house the previous day.. Just as we thought we were the earliest, there are people way way earlier thn us! so go into NCC room & bring my bag out, split the sec 3s into section & we board the bus~!.. Crossed over to malaysia & stop for a meal. Had yongtaufoo. Reach Mt Ophir Resort 1 hr later & went for lunch in a nice nice dining room. The meal is nicer than Taman Negara's food! So after our meal we were brought to our bunks which were called jungle cabins as they are like halfway in the JUNGLE, just one empty metal room with 2 matteress so we brought what is needed & head to a function room where we play lame bonding games! After the Games, we have some run and the cadets went to bath while we do somethings. Report back to the nice dining room to eat our dinner! Watch movie ( we were soldiers) , its nice! just tht theres lots of killings. Ended the day with a debrief & went to slp!

Day2- 16march2009

Someone woke us up at 4.40 when revillie is at 5.30 ... So woke up at 5.30 & wake everyone up! Prepare the things i need for hiking & had our breakfast. Had PT & off we go to start our quest to conquer mt ophir ( okay this is so ...) took a bus to our start off point & we had to climb steps in the first part.. I tell you its like running a vertical marathon! But lucky me cause i got use to it.. So we when we stop at a river, diane got a leech on her!LOL, Lucky her cause she dint get bitten by the leech. & Clara sprained her ankle like OUCH.. & she stills continue going up & down until her leg was swollen like a pig leg. And we got the climb up a rope on a rock, no trees around but just scenery really nice! And we reach checkpoint 7 which is called botak hill , botak in the sense that there is no trees just an empty land.. Reached the summit at 1+ , took photos , enjoy the nice nice scenery! So went down 10 mins after. Walk through the other path & it started raining heavily 1 hr later. So muddy, so slippery & cold, my knee started to hurt!! Think my knees are getting weak already! No choice but to bear with it, so reach the ground at 6+ board bus & went back to the resort! Our bunk shift to a deluxe room with kingsize bed!~ Bath and went to eat dinner! haha had debrief and i started to sneeze & cough =((
Off to slp feeling very sucky!

Day 3 - 17march2009

Woke up at 7 prepare & do some admin, eat breakfast & went into the mountain to do obstacle course which cause me to have a cut in my arm.. Obstacle course is totally no cake! haha so after tht we go had flying fox which again is total no excitement! so had some leadership workshop for the inter1s & we went to eat lunch .. Commandant NCC came & gave us a visit as he is climbing ophir the next day . So board the bus back home after lunch, stop at yongpeng to have buy somethings. & watch some movie on the bus.. reach sch at 6.30 , final debrief & went to eat dinner , gossip & gossip! hah

Well, Its march already! So fast... hmms you knw its 1 more month to april where we are going to step down.. Pass out to be exact. Really dont knw how to feel. like you knw i just got this platoon for 2 months. ask me to let them go now? not easy.. Seeing them grow would be the thing i want to see.. oh well, the only thing i want to do before passing out is to teach them how to march properly!..

What an unlucky Morning i had!

I woke up & remember that i forgotten to prepare my uniform last night. So i iron a new set of uniform get a quick bath & quickly chiong out . Got in the bus tap my ezlink & realise tht i do not have money in my ezlink card! zzzzz FINE i paid cash. Reach Mrt station, top up my card by nets.. error twice! zzzz I swear its a bad day for me today!

Well On the bright side im able to skip N levels.
However, i choose not to skip N levels. You can say tht im dumb , i made a wrong decision.
Its a tough decision. But yea its worth well sacrificing...

Sch today was tiring!

Had a hard time concentrating in class because im feeling very sleepy.

Soonhockann was funny today?

he went around the whole sch to find our class. Ask us to hand up our zuowen but most of us did not bring our zuowen book. So he assume that we say we are too poor to buy a zuowen book. So he went to popular wanting to buy 20 zuowen book & give it to us FREE. In the end my friend went to stop him. Too bad he still bought 5 books...

Had a great experience, from sembawang sea training centre to changi & changi to sembawang sea training centre, sembawang sea training centre to causeway,causeway to sembawang beach, sembawang beach to sembawang sea training centre. Hand 2nd encouter of storm! this one was a tough one, capsized & lost my nalgene & watch! =(( . accidentally crossed the boundary of CNB & did stupid things like raising our hands when they ask us to stop! haha =D
